Na een systeemcrash wil ik DW 6 opnieuw instaleren. Ik krijg een melding "Serienummer ingetrokken" en thats it. Ik heb weinig zin om weer een paar 100 euro uit te geven voor een product waar ik recht op heb en wat prima voor mij zijn werk doet.
Met de "help" functie van Adobe brengt mij in rondjes en uiteindelijk heir te belanden. In dat op zicht is de support van Adobe waardeloos te noemen
Vraag HOE kom ik van deze irritante melding af en kan ik wederom DW instaleren!! OF anders wie weet een Adobe email adres waar je support kunt aanvragen!!

eventually I contacted the US customer's service (as the Dutch was unreachably) and got my answer.
yes I bought Dreamweaver (part of the cs Suite). In 2014, running Windows 10 from reseller in the Netherlands.
It turned out I was sold an unauthorised serial. Which worked fine for the last years. But as Adobe had tightend their policies It was flagged. So I need to buy a new version. Well that was what I was told by Adobe. I will contact the reseller and confront them.

You say you want to re-install DW6. Don't you mean Creative Suite 6?
Who did you purchase your software from? And how long ago was it purchased?
Which operating system do you have now?
