Server side includes

In CS5.5, there used to be a button in the insert panel that allowed you to insert a server side include. Where has it gone in CS6?

I can't find it for love nor money!

I believe it is under the PHP and common  tab

Ah, right, I did see that and did try that, but the code that is placed is missing quotes between the brackets and therefore doesn't work, so I thought that was something new!

It's a shame really as I liked having the dialogue window open and being able to browse to the file rather than have to type it in.

Nevermind... I shall adapt!
