Not sure why this is not working?
If cookie is found – it still goes to the else statement (should just bypass this).

The idea is – if mobile user and no cookie, go to page (direct.php) and ask if they want to go to mobile site or full site.
If they want to go to full site – don’t want to just redirect them back direct.php page again – so, when on that direct page first time – set cookie.
The cookie is setting and is retrieving it when they go back to the full site – however, even with cookie in place – they still get redirected back to direct.php page (if a cookie is in place – it should skip the else statement).
