hey Im working on a website and i can't preview it cause it keeps telling me the special character message over and over can someone please help i have no idea on what Im doing wrong i have it written just like i was told

Theres nothing in that bit of code to suggest anything is wrong so its further up your page. Check that your list tags are correctly formatted as the error suggests you are missing an opening list tag which is a probable cause of the other 2 errors.
