Does any one else have issues with ExtendStudios lack of public forums and thin documentation?

Here is what I am going through....Please arrange to call me ASAP as I cannot get any answers from your site. Please read ALL my tickets and then offer to help me. I just spent another 175.00 with you guys and would really like to use your products. However, lack of documentation and real support forums make it impossible to integrate your products. Please help so I can speak well of your company.

I have purchased:

DW Reveal FX

DW HoverFX

Flexi Layouts3

Flexi Contact Forms

DW SuperPack 1.1 (which will not install on my CC2015)

FlexiLayouts 2 Pro ( sold to me twice!)

jQuery OnePage

Flexi CSS Menus (ordered Flexi Menus2 and will not accept serial number, serial is for ?)

InContext CMS (will not accept serial number)

Yes, I am frustrated and the time difference and your inability to respond is wearing thin.
