Sync issues - seems to work but results are not live online

I finished a couple of updates to my site, ran the sync operation and it seems to have sync'ed, but when I go online with any brouser, my updates are not there, still has the old versions. What am I doing wrong?

This issue just happened AFTER I downloaded a DW update, two months ago things were fine.

I NEVER use file sync.  Don't need to.  Hold down Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + U to upload the current document to server.

 

Expand your Files Panel and compare the date & timestamps.  See screenshot.

Refresh your browser (F5 or Ctrl+R) to ensure you're not viewing a cached version from your browser's memory. Or clear cached data from your default browser's settings.  Or use a different browser.
