Sync Settings not available in DW 2017

Since upgrading to 2017 Sync Settings is no longer available. My CC account is connected but Sync Settings is greyed out.

Sync settings under prefs show me as signed in but "Sync Settings Now" button is greyed out and "last sync" shows as "none".

Totally broken.

    Creative Cloud wasn't logged in for some reason. Working again now.

    Go to Edit > Preferences (see screenshot).

    Hello Nancy, thanks for your help.

    I followed your suggestion to enable auto sync, but since doing so DW keeps going unresponsive. I have not yet been able to start DW again. This is terrible.

    I just left it for over half an hour and it eventually became responsive again, so I have now turned off Auto Sync and everything is fine again. What a terrible option, there needs to be some sort of warning.
