It just happens to have a product that will just do what you need Creative DW Image Effects. Is a Dreamweaver extension for creating all sorts of rollover image effects and even more. Here is the samples page: http://www.extendstudio.com/dreamweaver-extensions-creative-dw-image-effects/samples.html

Try it and see if it does what you need. If not give us ideas on how to improve it.
