Transition panel needs to be updated, for some reasons it did not work very well.
Please update the css properties

    That is not the point because I teach DW.

    On W3 transition css had been updated, 

    Honestly The entire DW needs to update but I the Adobe just give it up and do not realize DW is still the fastest way to learn html and css coding for newies.

    You may be right.  I mainly work with code so I don't notice it.  Maybe it's time you switch to Visual Studio Code.

      To be honest, I never use CSS Design Panels.  Code hints and auto-code completion in DW's editor are quicker and more accurate than panels.

       

      What are you having trouble with?  Can you post a code example and tell us what you're trying to do?
