Translators not loading

I have been using Dreamweaver CS3 for over a year and all of a sudden, I get the following error message when I open any document in the program:

The following translators were not loaded due to errors:

PHP_MSQL.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.

Spry.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.

I have to click on the "OK" button about five or six times and the message eventually goes away.  Any ideas what I need to do to correct this?
