Unable to deactivate web standard CS4.

I am trying to install web standard CS4 on my new laptop. But the dectivation on my old laptop does not work. How to solve this problem?

Try everything here: Activation and deactivation troubleshooting

If you still can't get in, you'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care and specifically request "an activation count reset".

Don't even mention the version of the program until you mention that phrase or many of Adobe's first-contact Customer Service reps will switch into "it's too old, not supported, go to the forum" mode. Unfortunately, the forum can't help get your activation count reset (we're mostly just software users, like you
