Unable to use Dreamweaver and Photoshop

I have a windows 10 pc. Whenever i try to open Dreamweaver or Photoshop cc, my computer says: "Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017 has stopped working". I have tried to uninstall Dreamweaver CC, and restarted my computer multiple times. My pc only lets me close it after its open. What can i do to make it work again?
