User interface on Windows, offset shadows

Hey, does anybody else have this offset shadow with Dreamweaver on Windows or is it just me? It's like that for a few years now and I don't know if it's just normal (though it looks ugly) or has something to do with settings. Having this on all my Windows computers though:

I've never seen that in any version of DW, but it could be a language version dependent bug if you're not using the US English version.

I've not seen it either.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Interface.  Try another App theme.

If it still occurs, submit a bug report from your Help Menu.
