Version Control cc 2017

Im trying to find a solution.  Is this even used anymore?

What would be my options in cc 2017.

I have clients that want a fail safe control over putting files into production versus files in dev.

Version Control was removed from 2017.   Plans are in the works to bring GitHub into DW later in 2017.

There is no official extension in Dw 2017, but you could drop back to Dw 2015 which still has support for svn.

A more fruitful way to go about doing getting our requests and issues heard would be to use this link Adobe Dreamweaver CC: Feature Ideas  to log your bug and feature requests. That way, the team can gauge the popularity of your requests and prioritize them for future development.

I am definitely trying to find source control as well, and I would like to do it privately, without being forced to subscribe to github private source control.

Is there anything you can suggest?

I have had such difficulty finding anything at all to help.
