Website Development - Frontpage or DreamWeaver?

I don't know much about programming but I am interested in website development & I want to know which one of this 2 programs are better for a newbie like me.

Can you guys please advice me about Frontpage or DreamWeaver?

Knowledge is the best application for a newb. Read up as much as you can about the programming language you want to learn. Neither software is better if you don't know what it is you're doing

Very sound advice.

If you have done no website development before, get some basic knowledge about HTML and CSS under your belt. Don't even think about branching out into using PHP or any other server-side language until you are comfortable with static website design.

As for which is better, FrontPage is no longer on the market. Dreamweaver is the way to go.
