Weird Scroll Issue Amongst Files Viewed in DW2017

I have a page that shows the linked assets horizontally across. Like this:

[Source Code]     [something.js]     [something.css]     [somethingelse.css]     [another.js]

The problem is (code view for all):

If I scroll (mouse scroll wheel) to a certain point in the code on Source Code, make some edits, then click over to a CSS file and scroll to edit there...when I go back to Source Code I'm not at the same point I was before...where my last edit was. This happens on all pages - I'm always losing my place and I have to search to where I left, which can be maddening with thousands of lines of code.

Anyone else experience this? It's like files are being scrolled as I scroll on other files? Is there a setting I missed? Is this a bug?

Windows 7, DW2017 build 9346

Also: if I double click on something on one file so it is highlighted, then go to another for edits, then go back...it will remember where I was when I go back. But that's a pain in the you-know-what to be double clicking something before heading to another file.
