These features are already available as extensions, I've seen
trupal
template editors and joomla ones too,
the basic function used by most of these extensions is
dreamweaver's
"Translators", there re-write a document so that dreamweaver
can recognize
it, because dreamweaver MUST HAVE html, head, title and body
tags in a
document, these translators rewrite the document when it's
opened and remove
the added tags upon saving.
If you're unable to find an extension for your template
syntax, please post
a sample of the syntax.
