XML and Dreamweaver MX 2004

Is there step by step instructions on to do it on Dreamweaver 8 on the Adobe site?

Step 1. Go out and buy Dreamweaver 8.

You cannot do it in MX 2004. Working with XML Fragments and the XSL
Transformation server behavior are new to DW8.
