Bugs in dreamweaver

1) It is very while launching.

2) It becomes irresponsive even if you try to modify text in the design field.

3) Some times suddenly crashes,

4) Code panel never shows code when in any mode (Code, Split, Live)

    Did you upgrade to the latest version 21.0 yet?  I understand that latency issues on Windows were addressed in the Oct 2020 release that came out a few days ago.

    Be sure to restart your computer after the upgrade.

    Hi

     

    Can you please check that if there is any entry exist in Temp File List at below location after you have updated to DW 21.0.

    1. Go to Registry key press win +R -> type regedit
    2. go to \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Dreamweaver 2020\Temp File List\

     

    Also, can you please spare some time for a remote connect session so that we can debug the issue further on your machine.

    I have some of these issues also on windows 10 enterprise, latest stable. DW 2021.

     

    When copying/pasting text in the code view, DW locks up for 10 seconds with the egg timer, every single time.

     

    Switching between tabs can take 10 seconds also, with just a white backround. This is with only a few tabs open.

     

    Sometimes even when just typing code, it will lock up for 10 seconds.

    Hi ICICI Lombard,

     

    Can you please help us detailed reproducible steps for issue with copy pasting in design view or with a screen recording illustrating the issue of Copy/Paste which is consistently seen on your machine so that we can try to recreate the issue internally and accordingly investigate the issue further.

     

    If possible can you please spare some time for a remote connect session with us to collect reproducible steps and other info from your machine to try recreate the issue internally.

    1) It is very slow while launching.

     

    Some time I feel it is better to use any other textedtior than this.
