Try the cleaner tool: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

After removing everything make sure you reboot your machine before trying to reinstall.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble launching Dreamweaver. We'd suggest trying the following steps:

• Clearing the corrupt cache file using this link: Deleting a corrupted cache file
• As Paul mentioned running the Creative cloud cleaner tool using this link: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
