Does anyone know where I can download FREE dreamweaver portfolio or web design templates?

They're not in a "Dreamweaver template" though, but this day and age I don't recommend people using Dreamweavers old-school templating system anyway.

If you're going to call yourself a web designer though I think most people are going to be under the impression that you created the design yourself and not have used a template. Maybe that's just me though.
