If I'm seeing the same thing that you're referring to, it is
simply ALT text for the image. Select an image in design view, and
in the property inspector and in the ALT field enter in the text
you want to be displayed. Please be aware that not every browser
will make the text appear when you mouse over an image. Some may
use the title attribute of the image tag to do this, which you
would have to do in code view, or they may not show anything
regardless of what you're using (alt or title).
