I think that you should ask Google for this. 

 

The way I would do it is to get a geocode API and use that to get the info to my site.

 

Edit: the easier way is to get an extension like https://www.dmxzone.com/go/22780/dmxzone-google-maps-2/

Wappler, the only real Dreamweaver alternative.

Depends, if you want to create your own 360s - you can get a 360 camera for a reasonable price these days (get one that can produce equirectangular format)  then use a library like Pannellum to display in web page. It's fairly easy to do once you get the hang of using the 360 camera.
