I'm struggling to make a rollover button work in dreamweaver.

I selected my original and rollover images to use for a button, but when I do it the rollover button pops up as a second image next to the original button instead of sitting on top of it.  I've had the issue and fixed it in the past but I'm struggling to figure it out now.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a free extension that will help you. And it will also enable you to produce an effect that works on touch devices.

Here are two examples of what you could do https://www.tutorialrepublic.com/faq/how-to-change-image-on-hover-with-css.php

Be reminded that the hover effect is not possible on touch screens.

Wappler, the only real Dreamweaver alternative.
