I had a previous version of Macromedia DreamWeaver 8 in Spanish language. I uninstalled that and downloaded in English language, but now it shows in Spanish only. Can anyone help me in changing the language?

Is your serial number for the Spanish version?

Unfortunately, Macromedia DW8 is way beyond its sell-by date.  A language / platform swap is no longer available.

Exchange a product for a different language or platform version

If you join the Creative Cloud, you can download the language of choice and install on Win, Mac or both.

The last time I moved from a German language version to an English language version was when installing Dw MX, back in 2002.

What I had to do was find and remove all registry entries and all references to Dw from my hard drive, (some are in hidden folders) and every other Macromedia program also. Leaving even 1 item can cause the old language to become the default installation language.

I cannot remember were all the items were, but in the end it did work.
