Hi,

I recently worked on a website with the newest version of dreamweaver. I was wondering if it is possible to take that existing website into dreamweaver CS6 without corrupting it.

While code is code, and the older DWCS6 will open a site made in the newer version without issue, if you relied on Bootstrap to build your new site, none of the Bootstrap menu options are available in CS6. If you're dropping back from a CC version of DW, you may also find CS6 won't open, after your free trial/subscription expires, until you completely clean the newer DW off your system using the Cleaner Tool.

Thanks, I tried to ask a representative about this and they basically told me to piss off. Since I am currently using the free trial for some minor updates. The only thing worrying me is my website does use light box, but besides that it's basic coding.

l dont exactly know what lightbox is but its mostly likely a jquery plugin so if you have all the jquery files in your site folder it wont be an issue.

Lightbox is just javascript. I wouldn't worry about that.
