Cannot publish zxp to the new distribution portal

We've been publishing our zxp for over 2 years and when we wanted to upload a new patch to the new distribution portal, it issueed a 0 byte file error. When we removed the only 0 byte file in our package, it then told us that there's error scanning the zxp and told us to try later. No clue on how we can fix it, I have reached out to ccintrev@adobe.com with the zxp attached a couple of weeks ago but never get an answer.
