Filter Gallery?

i'm running the latest update in Adobe CC of photoshop and I see that the "Filter Gallery" option is grayed out, can you help me with enabling it?

Hi Dennis,

I would try the Photoshop forums, but it could be that you are trying to apply a filter to 16 bit image which is not supported according to a post I found here:
