Trying to get my UXP plugin i'm developing installed on the machine for a client and they get this.

Not getting much feedback from there IT department beyond a screenshot with that and them telling me its a "permissions" thing. I have verified they have the correct version of indesign 18.5.

The error codes for installation are given at the following link. However, i don't see any description for error -198
I think you should follow the instructions to send the log file to Adobe as instructed at the end of the article. I am tagging @erinferinferinf as well if she can help us with this.

Thanks @Manan Joshi I'll reach out to their IT department and see if they can pull together the log file. I don't have access to the machine myself so its been difficult troubleshooting this.
