PluralEyes extension not showing up in Premiere 2018

The extension for PluralEyes worked fine in PP2017, but is no longer showing up after updating to PP2018. Tried re-installing, but still not working.

There are manual ways to connect it (folder copying or using Adobe extension manager). But the best way is to downloading premiere CC 2017 and keep both 2017 and 2018. Because these issues are very common in the first month of a new version.

You can download premiere cc 2017 through creative cloud app, you'll see a down arrow next to premiere pro, just select "other versions" and you'll be almost all set.

cheers

I would go back to 2017, but the problem is that all the projects I've started or re-saved in 2018 won't open in 2017, and I don't exactly want to have to re-do everything. That's another problem with Premiere, is the lack of backwards compatibility for projects created in newer versions. But I suppose that's for another thread.

How do I do the folder copying or extension manager fix?

I had this same issue and try to reinstall ONLY pluraleyes. When the installer plugin openned I unchecked the others plugins, leaving only select PLURALEYES. I reinstall it and now seens working fine.

Try it!

Yes, I had the same problem, this worked: Try uninstalling shooter suite then reinstalling plural eyes, it will give you the option to select which version of premiere you want it to work with, which in this case will be premiere cc 2018.

Hope this helps
