利用Flash建立的swf檔於publish時可產生html及swf檔. 以往沒有問題發生. 但現時在html檔內點選其他含swf的html檔時沒有反應.

另在win10下看swf檔不是用flash player而是dotplayer

Hi Henry,

Right on the flash content to open context menu

Select "Global Settings...."

Then in the page opened click on "Global Security Settings panel" from the links on the top left

In the settings panel loaded click on the drop down menu next to "Always trust files in these locations"

Choose "Add Location" from the drop down menu

Paste the path to your file in the box on the pop-up

Thanks!

I locked your duplicate topic at the hyperlink in HTML does not work

If you're trying to load the files locally, as opposed to loading from a webserver, this functionality (local file system access) was disabled by default in Flash Player 23.0.0.162, released in September, due to security issues.  Please see the FP 23.0.0.162 release note for more information and work-around to re-enable local file system access.  Release Notes Flash Player 23 AIR 23  scroll down to the "Disabling local-with-filesystem access in Flash Player by default" section.

I'm not sure what you mean by "dotplayer".

Dear sir,

1. Cannot find "Edit Location > Add location from popup list " from Chrome (see attachment x1.jpg)

2. at the control panel, I can edit flash player for Edge, but when I click the flash file, it was shown by Chrome but not Edge. So it still didn't work.

How can I made Edge to be the default browser?

3. If I click the swf file, it is not played by flash player but potplayer. If I click the hyperlink, it shows "Cannot be displayed". (x4.jpg)

I have added relevant files to the list. (x3.jpg)

please advised.

Best regards,

Henry

I'm not familiar with potplayer, but if it's opening SWF files it would suggest potplayer has been set as the default player to open SWF files.  To open SWF files use the standalone Flash Player projector posted on the Adobe Flash Player - Debug Downloads page.

Hi,

I have a few computers and each one gets different response in running flash.

win10 IE

there are 3 flash file (with AC_RunActiveContent.js) and each one can be viewed by hyperlink.

when I click on the A.html file, it says "This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js".

then I click on A.swf and it can be viewed (on the top left corner it shows "d:\A.swf")

I click on the B.html hyperlink on A.swf and B.html can be viewed (on the top left corner it shows "d:\B.htm").

I wonder why this time it doesn't show "This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js")

could you please solve the problem?

best regards,

Henry
