adobe can not verify the intallation of Flash Player, yet it is installed

The Adobe Flashplayer is aslo installed in Programs from the control panel. I have used  run then shredded all %appadata%adobe\flash player; Macromedia appadata and any other I turned of my secuity firewallwhen reinstalling. I have uninstalled Adobe Flash Player11 activex 11.8.800.94 from inintall. I have then deleted all app data again. I reinsatlled the full version of the Flash Player  with security off and still the player doesnt work. I am at a loss as how to get this to work. This laptop is a Windows 7 64 bit, Running Internet Exporer 10, I aslo loaded on an admistratators account. Please help me.
