Adobe Flash, 64 bit, running Firefox 47.01, Windows 10 HELP

I have been unable to get into both of the 3D games I play all the time on Facebook. They are Farmville 2 and Cookie Jam. The Farmville 2 needs 3D display and a message from Cookie Jam is appearing when I try to open it that says my system does not have 3D support but I do. I have been accessing these games for a year and a half on this computer.

I can play Farmville 2 if I download Adobe 64 bit and then let Firefox open on its own but as soon as I exit Firefox I cannot load it next time.

I am using Adobe Flash Player 64 bit, after I download Adobe 64 bit and then shut down my system and restart, in control panel programs it shows Flash Player (32 bit ) installed instead of Adobe 64 bit. I am at a loss to understand what is happening. PLEASE HELP

My system is HP Touch Screen Laptop, 64 bit, with lots of RAM and space available. I can send any other info you might need to help me.

This message appears in Facebook game Cookie Jam and will not load anymore. I am also not able to open another 3D game called Farmville 2. I have been unable to use my video chat because the person I am calling cannot her me or see me. I have shared my camera and microphone and checked my computer settings but I think this incident happened on July 9, 3026. I need help so I can change the settings I have obviously set wrong; I have been told that I know just enough about computers to be very dangerous.

Can somebody please help me. I am sending this message and screen shot to Adobe, HP, and Facebook. Thanks for your attention.

Try to create a temp profile in Firefox. It should help determine if your Firefox profile became corrupt. You can easily go back, SImply type the following in the search bar:

firefox.exe -p

You will then see the option to create and use a new profile for troubleshooting. Regardless if this helps or not it will help narrow things down a bit.

Here is a you tube video I threw together as part of backing up Firefox profile it will demonstrate how to create a new profile in Firefox the correct way.

I am going to start with something simple.

Install the latest 64bit version of Firefox, unless you specifically went and downloaded the 64bit chances are you  are on 32 bit.

Make sure you go to control panel first and uninstall the x86 version prior to installing the 64 bit version otherwise you will have two versions and would be painful to determine which you are running.

In this article I wrote towards the Bottom is a link for that 64bit Firefox download

I have followed your instructions and I still can not access either of my games that use 3D graphics. I am sending a screenshot of my program file to show you I have installed the Firefox for 64 bit and Adobe for 64 bit Firefox flash player. I know that shock wave is for a 32 bit system and it shows I have it installed but I put it in to try and see if it made any difference and then I uninstalled it when it made no changes. I also have Java for a 64 bit system installed. I have ran every troubleshoot program I have too. Please help. I have tried to get help from everywhere I could think of but you  and Zynga support are the only people who have responded to my pleas.

If I cannot get into these I am thinking about resetting my computer back to July 6th or 7th because all this started on Thursday July 7th when I received an update for Firefox 47.01. As soon as I installed it and went back into Facebook games the only thing that would load was Facebook home. I could not see any games I tried to load.

This is a screen shot of the Version of Firefox that is installed in my system. It is for the 64 bit system.

Also, Java plugins will NOT work on EDGE, Chrome or Firefox 64 bit browsers, just so you are aware, but other applications on you machine 'could' require it.

The item you're seeing in the Control Panel is the Flash Player Settings Manager.  This is a 32-bit application. Flash Player itself installs both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and the browser selects the correct one to use.  If you're using 32-bit Firefox, try the 64-bit version.  It's available at Mozilla Firefox Web Browser — Download Firefox in your language — Mozilla
