Hi,

I've totally installed and reinstalled FlashPlayer  as per below: - however it detects that version 13 is installed however - when we try to use it e.g. youtube. We get briefly that an old version is installed (despite version 13 being detected and cleanly installed) and we get this error in YouTube when trying to play a video:

Uninstall / Reinstall:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

2.Close all browser windows and run the uninstaller
3.Restart Windows.  If you are using Windows 8 or 8.1, please skip steps 4 and 5.
4.Delete all remaining files and folders located in the following directories.  (tip: copy and paste these paths into the path bar in an Explorer window)•C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
•C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash (if you are using a 64-bit system)
•%appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player
•%appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player

5.Verify that the files “FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl”, "FlashPlayerApp.exe", and "FlashPlayerInstaller.exe" in C:\Windows\system32\ (for 32-bit systems) or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ (if you are using a 64-bit system) have been deleted.  If any of these files cannot be deleted, use Unlocker to remove them from your system.

If we totally remove Flash Player and try the HTML5 client works and videos stream - however some sites require Flash Player.

Do you have any suggestions how to fix?

Thank you in advance!
