adobe flash player settings

Every single time I watch a video the little pop up box :Adobe Flash Player Settings" pops up.  I click deny a few dozen times and then it goes away.  How do I get that box to GO AWAY?  Permanently.

    I guess you could always block whatever site is doing this with the global settings: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html
