Adobe Flash Player stuck on Installation will begin shortly...

I tried downloading Adobe Flash Player version 23.0.0.162 but it gets stuck on the "installation will begin shortly..." screen and after 5 min it says " Application initialization error " .   I am running Windows 10 (64-bit). I want to download Adobe Flash Player with  Mozilla Firefox.

Hi,

I'll need to get the online installer log files to troubleshoot the error.  The log files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log are saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs.  Upload both files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions How to share a document .  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

As an alternative, you can try using the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page in the 'Still having problems' section, however, please do provide the online installer log files so that we can troubleshoot the failure.
