adobe flash problem

my problem is with adobe flash player when trying to watch tv on my computer using TWCTV. I can get video but not sound. However I can get sound on Netflix and on you tube. I have sucsessfuly  installed windows 10 . I use internet explorer 11. the flash player shows I have the latest version installed.

    If you're having a problem with all Flash-based audio across the board, it's probably an audio driver problem.  Windows 10 is relatively new, and it takes quite a while for drivers to fully mature.

    If the problem is specific to videos on a single site, it may be related to how those videos are specifically encoded.  While we provide both encoders and guidance on how to publish great video, that guidance isn't always followed, and results may vary.  It's possible that this is a case where hardware video decoding may be less forgiving than software decoding, and disabling hardware acceleration in Flash may resolve the issue.  The troubleshooting guide below covers those steps.
