i want to continue using blingee.com. it wont work without flash. Is there going to be alternatives to protect small sites like this from getting shut down because they cant afford anything else?

blingee.com has been medicine for my depression and anxiety. A sort of emotional support. plz help save them

No, I fear there is nothing else. They had 3 years to convert to something else, and if they haven't., then they can't expect to continue. All sites, big and small, are in the same situation.

Yeah, the content provider has had three years advanced notice that this change is coming, and it's not just Adobe dropping Flash.  Safari, Firefox and Chrome have all dropped support for browser plug-ins across the board in tandem with Flash EOL, and IE and Edge aren't too far behind. 

When Vine went away, people made all these great supercuts and moved the content to youtube and Tumblr.  That might be a cool project if someone hasn't done it already.  I bet archive.org has a lot of that content stored in the wayback machine.  You'd need to come up with a way to play Flash content (there are tons of other threads that decribe Enterprise Enablement and other alternatives), but it might be a satisfying project to help keep the notsalgia alive.

At this point, my recommendation would be to find an alternative to use moving forward.
