Always show 'you are using an old flash player' in IE8

I have installed the latest adobe flash, but in my page in IE8, it is always said 'You are using an old flash player'?  can anyone help me can it be fixed?

    Hi,

    I'm assuming this is on Windows XP, correct?

    Did you restart the browser after installing the latest version?  If not, please try that.
