Hello, I've been having this problem for awhile now and I don't know how to fix it. I use Firefox 19 and upgraded to the newest version of Flash. When I go to YouTube, I get an error, when I play 360p videos sometime sor any resolution higher. I know it's not my internet, because I was able to play HD videos and all resolutions just fine before. I tried other broswers, like IE and Chrome. I still get the same problem. I uninstalled both Flash and Firefox but it still gets the same error. I cleared my cookies like many people have said to do, but that didn't work either. I'm hoping you guys can help me fix this. I would really appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you.
I will also post my laptop specs, you know, OS and video card to see if that helps at all.
Laptop Spes
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit
Video Card: GTX 660M/Intel HD 4000

To me that looks like a problem on the Youtube website (I have seen that screen myself before).
Does that happen for all videos, or just some?

This happens whenever I turn a video to 480p, 720p, or 1080p. A video will sometimes work if it's on 360p.
Yeah, it seems to be a YouTube bug or something. On twitch.tv where you can watch live video streaming, I can handle 720p+ just fine.

Hi all.
I try to fix youtube for remote user and, actually, I stuck. Problems with all videos.
PC:

- IE 9 clear install
- IE settings reset to default
- cache and cookie cleared
- ActiveX filtering ok
- compatible mode ok
- Adobe Flash deleted and installed latest verison (settings default)
- youtube in trusted sites
In browser I see:
banners, ads
When click on movie:
2 sec I seeing loading-circles
then 2-3 min black screen
and error like on screenshoot above, but also I see header with movie name and small_preview_above_mouse. Also I see ads inside movie window if the ads is a slideshow.
I tried to open youtube in ffox and chrome, it working properly there.
I tried to open other sites with video and I saw videostream in IE9.
