Audio cuts out randomly and sometimes not at all

I have a flash built training course that when viewed at different locations sometimes has the audio cut out randomly but the video continues to play. Not everyone experiences the same problems and the cut outs are never at the same point.

Any thoughts as to what could be causing this issue? It happens across IE7/8, Firefox and Safari and with Flash Player 9 and 10...

Are you playing it from a CD-R, a server, or is the file copied to the hard drive of the system playing it?
