Hello!
Windows XP SP3
Mozilla Firefox 50.0
Flash Player 23.0.0.207
Online verification (https://helpx.adobe.com/ru/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html) has shown that the program is installed on my computer and running. Flash Player is activated for the Firefox browser. But, nevertheless, the video content is not always reproduced, this raises the following message: "Unfortunately, it is impossible to play a video in your browser Try to install a Flash-player."
The computer meets the requirements.
Suggestions for troubleshooting performed (https://helpx.adobe.com/ru/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html), except for the 6 - clean cache (displays a message "Windows could not find "C: \ Documents"), but the disc is present the directory C:. \ Documents and Settings, and cache files have been deleted manually from there.
Despite this, the video still does not play

Hello vladv95575419. I visited "page that demonstrates the problem" using Firefox 50.0 with Flash Player 23.0.0.207 NPAPI and was able to play the video using either "ask to activate" or "always activate" settings and with protected mode on. However I was running Windows Vista SP2 32 bit, which is the closest thing I have to XP. Do you also have the same problem at other websites that require Flash, or only at tvrbc.ru/archive?
Edit: Please see if your system meets requirements: Adobe Flash Player | Tech specs .
