Can't install Flash Player 11

Ever since the "update" released. I can't update the flash player. I opened it but nothing comes out. But the process is running. It's been running for half an hour already.

Also, I don't have Flash Player now so I tried used Google Chrome(freshly installed which comes with Flash Player). I'm able to view videos but the colours of the video are weird. Somehow they are in rainbow colour.

wouldnt load for me either......i think it has some problem.........keeps saying application is already in use
