Cannot Dowload Installer for Flash Player 10.2.152.26

I've been trying to download the installer for Flash Player 10.2.152.26 for Windows XP for a browser that is NOT Internet Explorer.  When I do this, I always get a file with 0 length.  I can view the file with Wordpad; it is indeed empty.

    It appears there is a problem with my browser (SeaMonkey 2.0.11).  I get the same problem trying to download any .exe file but not with other files.

    Furthermore, I cannot get Flash Player via Internet Explorer 7.  When I go to the page for Different operating system or browser?, the selections for operating system and version are disabled. 

    All this would not be a problem if only Flash Player were available via Adobe's FTP server.  I get new versions of Adobe Read using FTP without any problem.

    If you have for some reason troubles downloading .EXE files, try downloading the .MSI installers from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html

    Try to download Adobe Flash Player 10.2 from here : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
