Chrome and Flash - how to disable Autoplay?

I cannot find a setting anywhere to disable autoplay for Flash. It used to appear when you right-click a flash element.

    To disable autoplay of Flash:

    1. launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content
    2. scroll down to the Plugins section
    3. select Let me choose when to run plugin content
