Emojis Not Displaying on Windows7

Hi Team,

We are not able to view Emojis from any Urls on Windows. Tried with I Explorer, Firefox ESR, Google Chrome browsers but same issue on all these.

Adobe Flash Player latest version is installed on all windows 7 Platforms.?q=finger

We have checked with MAC platform and issue not exists on MAC (95% Emojis dispalying on MAC).

Please suggest any other software need to be installed on windows to view the emojis? Please help me to overcome this issue.
