English download only for Expats?

Is it possible to download always download an English version of Flash?

I am an expat in China, and recently, I always get the Mandarin version of the English language install update, not even the Cantonese - which is where I live. My install language is English, so please install English. Simple. I never had a problem with Macromedia, but then Adobe are only ever about money, not services or product.

So, how do I get an English language update for Flash - come-on, instruct me, because, at this moment I am dumbfounded by your corporate incompetence.

https://flash.2144.com is the official distribution page in China.  This is the only location to download Flash Player in China.
