For instance, i was at chicagocubs.com today checkin' on the game and all i got was this...

This needs to be addressed by the developer of the website…

Error #1009 most likely means that the Flash application is trying to reference something that is missing or not there yet when the call is made. Installing the regular Flash Player instead of the debug version should allow the end-user to avoid seeing these error messages.

    Hi Raquii,

I ‘m guessing that you have the debug version of Flash Player installed, that is why you see these error messages. These errors would need to be addressed by the developer of this website.

(I just installed the debug version and I do see the error message on this particular website, again the developer of this website would need to fix this).

However, you may be able to avoid seeing these error messages if you uninstall the debug version of Flash Player and install the regular Flash Player.

First download the uninstaller to your desktop from here

    http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157

Before running this uninstaller, read the instruction and close all running programs.

    Run the uninstaller

Install the Flash Player from here:

    http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer

    I hope this helps.
