Do you see this issue in other browsers?
Chrome maintains it's own version of Flash Player, but they've recently switched from the NPAPI (Netscape Plug-In API) version that we ship for Firefox and Safari to the PPAPI (Pepper API) version. This may be a bug that's unique to the PPAPI version of Flash Player.=
What's the URL to the game/video that you're seeing the problem with?
I checked a few videos with my machine and they played fine.
Does disabling hardware acceleration help? Instructions below:

Cool, at least you've got one working config now. It's a start anyway.
I'd like to get the other two figured out as well.
In Chrome, if you go to about:plugins and disable the PPAPI version of Flash Player, do you get video playback?
(This isn't ideal, and you don't really want to leave it that way long-term, but I'd like to understand it form a troubleshooting perspective)

I am running ie 9
The only option I saw was to disable Flash, When I did that I was told I needed to install flash player so I enable flash and now videos will play in Chrome however still no go in IE.
