failed to install flash player

I am unable to install flash player. Issue might be the name or password. I changed my password and still unable to.

I changed my married name to single name, still unable to install flash player...I have iOS for my operating system...Macbookpro Version 10.7.5 i checked it and its is compatible.

If you have a MacBook, You most certainly do not have iOS. iOS is for iPads, iPhones and the iPod Touch ONLY. iOS is incompatible with Flash Player and always has been.

Once you've downloaded the installer: Flash Player (Mac OS X), the only password required is your OS X password. Unfortunately, no one here can help with remembering or resetting that.
